I am a pastor in the United Methodist Church. I have a beautiful and wonderful wife and children. I grew up in Bishop, California (the Mule Capital of the World - thank you very much!) I attended Emory University and the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.

Pastor Dave..thank you so much for visiting my blog..I really appreciate it.
I've always liked that phrase, too, and many think that it is found in scripture, but, as you know, it is not-- at least, not verbatim.
I'm sure that is said in so many other ways, though, because our Lord wanted us to be encouraged, and to be of good cheer!
